- Group conversations and shared team inboxes on mobile can now send attachments too.
- Received PDFs and videos show as tappable attachments in the conversation instead of a generic placeholder — on mobile and on the web.
Improvements
- Clearer size guidance when attaching media: SMS (MMS) messages are limited to 5 MB total, so the app now suggests a shorter clip or an iMessage line when a video won’t fit.
- Camera recordings started from an SMS line are capped at 30 seconds so they have a better chance of delivering.
