When a team turns on a partner widget, Sure Send adds a tab for it to every
member’s Tab Preferences at that moment. Anyone who joined the team afterwards
never got one. The contact record was forgiving about this and just tacked the
tab onto the end so it still worked. Tab Preferences was not — it only listed
tabs that already existed, so the widget looked like it was missing and there
was no way to drag it anywhere.
This was mistaken for a permissions problem. It was not. Members and admins
have always had the same rights here.
Tab Preferences now fills in any team-enabled widget tab you don’t already
have, each time you open it.
What you may notice
Open Tab Preferences and any partner widget tab your team has enabled will be
there, at the end of the list, ready to drag wherever you want it. Your
existing order and any tabs you’ve hidden are left exactly as you set them.
What this doesn’t change
Company tab preferences are handled separately and are not affected by this
change.
