Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where teams sending from a Canadian phone number were blocked from sending any text messages with the error “your A2P 10DLC campaign registration is not yet approved”.
A2P 10DLC campaign registration is a US carrier requirement — Canadian carriers do not require it, and a Canadian number with a Messaging Service and no registered campaign is a perfectly valid setup. Because the US and Canada share the
+1country code, our pre-send compliance check could not tell them apart and treated Canadian numbers as if they needed a US campaign. Affected teams could not message their leads at all.Canadian numbers are now recognised by their area code and correctly exempted from the A2P 10DLC check. Sending from a US number still requires an approved campaign, exactly as before — that protection is unchanged, since unregistered US traffic really is filtered by US carriers.

The same check also gated the sender picked for referral text messages — a team whose Canadian number was its default saw referral texting reported as unavailable rather than blocked — and flagged Canadian numbers as “not ready” in the Connect invite send modal. Both are corrected by the same fix.
