Bug Fix

Appointment emails now send from your connected email account

Booking confirmation and 24-hour reminder emails were always delivered through
Sure Send’s own mail server, even when you had a Google, Outlook, or team
sending account connected — so replies didn’t come back to your inbox.

These emails now send through your connected email account whenever one is
available: they come from your real address, sit in your Sent folder (for
Google/Outlook accounts), appear on the contact’s timeline, and replies land
directly in your inbox.

What you may notice

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders now arrive from your connected
account’s address instead of a Sure Send address.
  • Provider-sent copies show up on the contact’s timeline like other emails
    sent from that account.
  • If no email account is connected for you or your team, the email sends from
a no-reply@suresend.ai address, with replies routed to you when we know
    your address.

How to get the most out of this

Connect your Google or Outlook account (or set up a team sending account)
under Settings → Email so appointment emails send as you and replies reach
you directly.
