What We Fixed
On some Connect sites, Home Search showed the same property twice in a row —
same address, price, beds, and photos, with two different MLS numbers. That
happens when overlapping MLS boards both carry the listing. Shoppers saw more
homes for sale than there really were.
Connect now treats those two records as one physical home (using the same
property identity the listings pipeline already has) and keeps a single card,
in the same sort position as the first one that came back.
What you may notice
- Duplicate cards for the same address disappear from Home Search, including
the first page of results and later pages from the map/filter island. A home
already shown on an earlier page is not shown again when you click Next. - The “N homes currently for sale” count no longer includes those extra
cross-listed copies from the page you are viewing.
