Bug Fix

Connect Home Search collapses cross-listed homes even when the street is spelled differently

What We Fixed

A first pass already hid duplicates that share a property id. Some overlapping
MLS feeds still showed the same house twice when that id was missing and the
two boards spelled the street differently — “Via Corta” vs “V A Corta”, or
“Highland Spring” vs “Highland Spring Dr”.

Connect now also treats those as one home: a numeric MLS number plus a board
suffix (like DA) counts as the same listing, and street matching ignores a
trailing Dr/Ct/Street when one feed included it and the other did not.
Different streets (Oak St vs Oak Ave) and different units stay separate.

What you may notice

  • Remaining twin cards for the same address disappear from Home Search.
  • The “N homes currently for sale” count no longer includes those extra copies.
