Some connected Gmail accounts were showing as disconnected in Settings even
though nobody had unlinked them — usually noticed only when a send failed.
We now keep the connection in place when Google returns a temporary error or
a stale access token, refresh the token, and try again. If Google has actually
revoked access, you’ll get a notification so you can reconnect before the next
send.
What you may notice
- A connected Gmail account stays connected across normal token refresh.
- If Google really revokes the account, you’ll see a reconnect notification
instead of a silent failure.
