Bug Fix

Recency filters now measure from the exact moment, and support Hours

What We Fixed

Smart list filters like Last Call Made, Last Text Sent/Received, Last
Communication
, and Last Activity were rounding to calendar-day
boundaries instead of measuring from the moment something actually happened.
“More than 1 day ago” could mean anywhere from 24 to 48 hours, depending on
what time of day you ran the filter — someone called yesterday at 9:00 AM
wouldn’t show up as “more than a day ago” until midnight, not until 9:00 AM
today, the way you’d expect.

That’s fixed. “More than 1 day ago” now means more than 24 hours ago, exactly.
This applies to every relative-date filter across smart lists, exports,
campaigns, and call lists — not just the four fields above.

What’s New

  • Hours is now a selectable unit (1–23) on any relative-date filter that
runs against a real timestamp field, so you can filter on “in the last 3
hours” instead of rounding up to a full day.
  • Date-only fields (like a custom Birthday field) are unaffected — those never
had a time component to be precise about, and still compare by calendar day.
