What’s New
Utility Connect creates your agent account a few minutes after you enroll. Opening payout setup before that finished could land you in a half-set-up dashboard.
Improvements
- The Set up payouts link on the Earnings tab now appears about 10 minutes after Utility Connect creates your account, once it is ready to use.
- While you wait, the Earnings tab tells you that your account is still being created and when payout setup will open. The tab updates on its own — no refresh needed.
- If you reach Utility Connect’s sign-in during the wait, you now see a clear “still finishing setup” message with a time to try again, instead of a permissions error.
- The enrollment dialog explains the brief provisioning delay up front.
Payout eligibility is unchanged: requesting a deposit still follows the same rules as before.
