What’s New
After certain actions the app asked the wrong part of its cache to refresh, so a list you were looking at could keep showing the old set of contacts for up to five minutes.
Fixes
- Finishing a contact import now refreshes the All People list straight away, so newly imported contacts appear as soon as the import reports complete.
- An import that creates new companies or new tags now refreshes those too, so a tag the CSV introduced is immediately selectable in the All People tag filter, and a new company shows up on the companies list.
- Contacts an import updates (rather than creates) now refresh on their own detail page as well.
- An import that links contacts to a company now refreshes the Companies section on the contact’s page (and the company typeahead), and an import carrying a Source value the account has not used before refreshes the lead-source pickers.
- The same link now refreshes the company’s own People tab and its contact count, so a company you had open shows the newly imported contacts instead of the roster from before the import.
- An import that maps relationship columns now refreshes the Relationships section on both contacts in each pair, and the add-relationship search.
- An import that assigns contacts to a pond now refreshes that pond’s lead list, so the contacts appear there without a reload.
- An import that puts contacts into a stage now refreshes the stage settings page — both the per-stage contact counts and the totals at the top.
- Lead source reporting now refreshes after an import, so each source’s lead count and last-lead date reflect what was just imported.
- A CSV carrying a suppression column now refreshes the email suppressions list, and one carrying a Notes column refreshes the contact’s notes.
- The dashboard totals — total contacts, active leads, this month, recent — now refresh after an import too.
- Merging two contacts, deleting, restoring and permanently deleting now update both the contact list and the deleted-contacts list immediately.
- Bulk actions on a smart list refresh that list and its counts as soon as the operation finishes.
- Claiming a pond lead or a claim opportunity, removing a team member, and editing stages all refresh the affected people lists.
- Real-time updates from other tabs and other team members refresh the same surfaces, including list counts, the prev/next navigation inside a list, and person search results.
Nothing about who can see which contacts has changed — only how quickly the lists catch up.
