The Contracts tab on a contact or company showed a New Contract link only once that record already had a contract. The link is now there when the record has none, which is when you need it.
When a carrier rejects texts to a number, Sure Send pauses SMS to it — but four ways of sending a text were not checking that pause and kept sending anyway. They all check it now, and you get a clear reason instead of a message that quietly fails.
Merging contacts now carries Connect saved searches and home values to the surviving contact, and contacts who never answered an invite become eligible again after 90 days.
Relationship columns in a Follow Up Boss or Lofty export — Relationship 1 Name, Email, Phone and Type — can now be mapped like any other column. The importer creates the related contact and links the two records with the right relationship type instead of dropping the columns.
When you reassign a lead to an agent who has Connect, the lead's Connect account — saved searches, home values, saved homes, and sign-in — moves to that agent's Connect site.
Saving a note, accepting a suggestion or claiming a phone number used to make every other panel on the screen reload at once. Those refreshes are now targeted, and a completed CSV contact import updates the All People list straight away.
If an admin turned on a partner widget before you had ever opened Company Tab Preferences, you were left with the widget tab and none of the standard ones — no Notes, no Emails, no Texts — and the only way out was Reset to Default. The tabs now come back by themselves the next time you open a company.
